Westside Construction handles siding, decks, windows and doors, and roofing for homeowners across St. Louis and Central Illinois. Complimentary inspections, straight answers, and a lifetime warranty on our workmanship.
Ask anyone who has hired a contractor and you will hear the same handful of stories. The bid that changed halfway through the job. The crew that disappeared for two weeks with the house half finished. The phone calls that stopped being returned once the deposit cleared. The work that looked complete until the first heavy rain proved otherwise.
None of that is difficult to avoid. It happens because too many companies treat the sale as the finish line instead of the starting line. We built Westside Construction around the opposite idea. We tell you what your home actually needs, we put it in writing before anyone picks up a tool, we do the work, and we stand behind it for as long as you own the house.
That is the whole business. There is no clever pitch underneath it.
Replace cracked or faded siding with an exterior that protects your home and finally looks the way you want it to look
Build the outdoor space your family will actually use, designed around your yard and the way you live
Trade drafts and stuck windows for products that improve how your home looks and how it feels inside
Repair or replace the one part of your home that protects everything underneath it.
You get a real assessment of your home before you spend a dollar, including the parts that do not need work yet.
If a repair will hold, we say so. Selling a replacement someone does not need is the fastest way to lose a customer for life.
The scope, the materials and the price are written down before anything begins, so nothing changes on you halfway through.
If our work is ever the problem, we come back and fix it. That is not a promotion and it does not expire.
Joe made The whole process of getting my new roof very easy. Joe is so personable and such a good representative for your company & The roofers were friendly and professional, and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend Westside Construction to family & friends.
